Texas CU: Top CD Rates In 4 Terms

hand hovering over calculatorNavyArmy Community Credit Union’s 121,000 southern Texas members have their pick of competitive CD rates.

With a $1,000 minimum deposit, it pays:

  • 1.75% APY for 36-month CDs.
  • 1.40% APY for 24-month CDs.
  • 1.15% APY for 12-month CDs.
  • 1.10% APY for 6-month CDs.

While all easily beat the top nationally available offer for their terms on our CD Rates Leaderboard, the 36-month deal does so by a full three-tenths of a percentage point.

And with an increased minimum deposit of $50,000, the 36-month rate boosts to 1.90% APY, the 24-month to 1.55% APY, and the 12-month to 1.30% APY.

You have to be a member of NavyArmy Community Credit Union to buy these certificates of deposit. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or goes to school in the Texas counties of Aransas, Bee, Cameron, Hidalgo, Jim Wells, Kleberg, Nueces and San Patricio.
