It rivals Microsoft in it's utter disregard for the the needs & rights of it's customers. There is absolutely no valid justification for this monumental incompetence and greed. I would say they should be ashamed, but like so many others in business, they evidently can not afford such mundane attributes. By all means, take Citibank for all you can, just don't afflict your friends please. Citibank has one of the worst customer service operations on earth.
