Good news for southwest Ohio savers: CHACO Credit Union’s long-term CD rates easily beat what you’ll find on our CD Rates Leaderboard.
With a $1,000 minimum deposit, it’s paying:
- 2.02% APY for 37- through 59-month CDs.

The top nationally available 36-month CD rates pay 1.55%, making that odd-term deal, at 37 months, nearly half of a percentage point better.
CHACO’s 60-month CD rates beat the best nationally available deal by a fifth of a percentage point.
