A suburban Philadelphia bank with a single location has jumped to the top of our rankings of the best nationally available 36- and 60-month CD rates.

Quaint Oak Bank in suburban Philadelphia has the top nationally available ratesQuaint Oak Bank in Southampton has topped both terms by offering:

  • 2.25% APY for 36-month CDs
  • 3.00% APY for 60-month CDs

Quaint Oak Bank is also paying 2.75% APY for 48-month CDs. All CDs require a minimum deposit of $500.

Our advice: Jump on this fast before Quaint Oak Bank pulls the deal or restricts it to local residents only.

These certificates of deposit can be purchased in person at Quaint Oak Bank’s single office, which is located in the Lakeside Office Park at 607 Lakeside Drive, or by mail.

You’ll need to call the bank first at 215-364-4059, and have the paperwork sent to you. You can download it on the bank’s website.

In the past, many community banks that have unexpectedly landed on the Leaderboard with top nationally available rates have been swamped with inquiries and have lowered rates or restricted sales within hours.

    A day after vaulting to the top of our Leaderboard in two terms, Quaint Oak has dropped two key CD rates. The rates still are better than any other deal you’ll find nationally. A new post is upcoming.
