I opened an account at Redstone several months ago and have been pleased with the overall level of service. Their mortgage rates and loan rate rates are outstanding with a reasonable amount of required documentation, most of which can be handled on-line. Their savings and CD rates are good for a "brick-and-mortar" financial institution (better than most), but not as good as on-line only high yield savings and money market offerings.
