I just spoke with my representative at American Express and she confirmed that Monday, October 15, 2007 is the last day to get in on the FREE $250 (or FREE Roundtrip Plane Ticket) sign-up bonus.

Quick Summary of the Deal

  • Apply for the AMEX Gold Card
  • Make a purchase & pay off your bill.
  • AMEX will credit you with 25,000 points, redeemable for either a FREE round-trip plane ticket or a $250 gift card

    i also got in on this around Oct- Nov and got my bonus 25K points, which I redeemed for Home Deport GC…but my wife applied for this in Jan, and I got some literature in the mail with the card saying nothing about getting 25K bonus points….only 50 points….anyone else?
