		<description>This is not such a bad deal.  $4000 for one month to get $25 works out at an effective interest rate of 7.5% and if you add to the 4.5% rate that works out at 12% interest.  Although that being said the rate goes down rapidly if you put more money in or have it in for more than a month.  There are probably easier ways to get $25.</description>
