HSBC never sent out $25.00 gift cards, i had a online account with HSBC over 6 month. the service very very bad!!!

The same exact thing happened to me! You are supposed to received the gift card after you paid the minimum payment of your first statement. Two months after my payment posted, I still had not received it. When I called, they said that it would be sent after the next statment closed. I’ve called 3 more since then, and they keep saying that it has been sent / they wil ‘re-issue’ it, and to wait another 7-10 days. I emailed then twice about it, and received the same response. I am on the phone with HSBC for about the 9th time since December asking about the $25 gift card that they keep promising me! I have yet to receive it! They keep telling me that it has been sent and they will cancel it and send me another one. And that it will take about three weeks to receive it. I think its a scam and they are just hoping I will stop calling.
