He did not use any cards himself, either. He is Disabled, Retired Army. At 81 yrs. old he cannot afford to pay this dead debt- question is- is he Legally obligated to do so? He lives in AZ.. She died Intrastate, so I don't know AZ. law. He is on a fixed income.....anyone know the Law on this?
