All lenders have to play by the same rules so really it comes down to the people you are dealing with to obtain a mortgage. In Arkansas or anywhere else you have banks and mortgage brokers. Interview all and select who you want to work with based on the people you are dealing with. Are you comfortable with them. Good luck!
