		<description>Rates on savings accounts are falling. Just today, Colorado Federal Savings Bank dropped its top savings account rate to 1.50% APY from 1.70%. And the Bank of Internet lowered its rate to 1.50% APY from 1.60%. So we thought all the best rates would even out at that level. But no. Dollar Direct lowered its rate to 1.40% APY.</description>
