		<description>Wedbush Bank lowered its rate last Friday, as so many banks are doing right now. When we published the rate on Sept. 1, the 2.48% APY was available. 

The lesson here is: If you see a great rate, jump on it because there&#039;s no telling how long it will last -- unless it&#039;s a special with a definite closing date.

All banks publish something like this on their Web sites: &quot;Programs (including, without limit, fees, rates and features) are subject to change without notice.&quot; This one appears on the Wedbush site.</description>
