    The help and service is very poor here though, worst I have seen in banking. This CU seems to be going down-hill fast with poor leadership. If you desire state of the art and no fees, don’t bank here.I can never reach them by phone to get an answer and online is from the 70s.

    12- and 24-month deals are still valid; the 36- and 60-month CD rates have been cut.

    rates are not worth the pain to deal with these fools when the CD renews. Most of these rates are not active now, I think this CU is having lending issues based upon NCUA financials.

    Almost none of these rates are being offered. They have been slashed but service is still very poor.
