Pulaski Bank Gold VisaThe credit card with the lowest APR (annual percentage rate) is the Pulaski Bank Gold VISA card. The APR is is 9.5% and the card has absolutely no annual fees.

Pulaski Bank also has a 7.99% APR interest credit card, but that one has an annual fee of $35.

Unlike cards from the larger banks like American Express, Discover, Citi, or Chase which have APRs ranging from 15% to 30%, the interest rate on the Pulaski VISA Gold card is very low and managable. Plus, since it doesn’t have any fees, there’s really no reason not to have one just in case of an emergency.

The 7.99% card only really comes into its own if your going to be carrying a balance of $1400 or more (2.5% / $35). That’s a large balance to be carrying around on a credit card and if you intend to do that you should be looking at either a 0% balance card or taking out a more manageable and structured loan.

However, for those who are tired of doing the constant juggling - or just aren’t organised enough to know the dates to switch balances - the 9.5% card looks like a good deal, and one to keep in the drawer.

There’s credit cards with lower non-intro APY. BECU Visa card has an APY of 6.9% non-intro and 1st Financial Bank has a Student Card with 0% APY until you’re out of school. For the Student Card at 1st Financial Bank, you have to start off with a different credit card and then you’ll get invited after half a year. I got one now.

From my experience it is really tough to find a credit card with such a low APR. There are several credit cards with a common apr of 9.9%.

There are many variable rate APR cards. These have a fixed rate plus prime rate as APR. The prime rate changes according to federal rates. If one can adjust to the changes of the prime rates there is a credit card which can go as low as 7.25% apr.

It is Iberia bank master card having apr as prime - 1% where as many other cards have rates as prime + x%. There may not be many advantages with this card. But it has no annual fee, 0% apr on balance transfers upto six billing periods.
