The credit card with the lowest APR (annual percentage rate) is the Pulaski Bank Gold VISA card. The APR is is 9.5% and the card has absolutely no annual fees.
Pulaski Bank also has a 7.99% APR interest credit card, but that one has an annual fee of $35.
This credit card is good to have around when you know that you need to carry a balance. Unlike cards from the larger banks like American Express, Discover, Citi, or Chase which have APRs ranging from 15% to 30%, the interest rate on the Pulaski VISA Gold card is very low and managable. Plus, since it doesn’t have any fees, there’s really no reason not to have one just in case of an emergency.
