CD Rates Leaderboard For July 14:
Top 60-Month CD Pays 2.65%

This is a great page to bookmark so you can always find the best nationally available deals on the most popular CD rates. Quaint Oak Bank, which cut its CD rates earlier this week, nonetheless once again owns the top nationally available 60-month deal on our CD Rates Leaderboard.

It’s paying 2.65% APY with a $500 minimum deposit.

The small suburban Philadelphia bank returns to the top of the Leaderboard after former leader Danversbank confirmed it now requires a branch visit to get its best CD rates.

Danversbank, which has more than 30 branches in the Boston area, recently merged with Bridgeport, Conn.-based People’s United Bank.

By dropping Danversbank from our Leaderboard that also means there are just two banks tied at the top for best nationally available 36-month certificates of deposit.

NOVA Bank, which has a dozen branches in the Philadelphia area and MainStreet Bank, with four branches in northern Virginia, now share that honor.
