Posted On: 3/08/2008I’m getting about 3.25% for to my Money Market account at PFCU. The 1.20% shown above is what I get for my shares (savings) acount. This credit union is by far the most user friend banking establishment I have ever encountered. I’ve been with PFCU for about 10 years. I’ve opened new car loans, equity accounts, credit card account, and a checking account. No hassles, $ transfers between accounts (both internal & external) with one click, friendly efficient customer service, and easy to navigate website… I can’t say enough about them and have recommended them to many of my friends.
Posted On: 2/29/2008Signup was easy, all online, but after you sign up you find that you can’t tranfer more than $50/day into the acct for the first 6 months! They say, wire the money in (like to buy a CD). That costs 30 bucks. I could mail it, but what the heck, are they in the stone age, you can’t ACH *in* more than $50? I’m reconsidering buying the CD now.

Posted On: 2/15/2008I got all my transactions online without any phonecall. The CD rate was really competitive and I’d say the best I found through online research.
