Posted On: 2/20/2008I just signed up with them and, after it being my 3rd online bank, it seems pretty ordinary.
The layout isn’t so great. By that I mean, once you log in, your account opens as a “popup”. Doesn’t feel as secure as other sites, like ING.
What bothers me most is the transfer time. A full transfer took 7 days (including weekend, so 5 business days). Pretty slow, but whats keeping me here is the slightly high interest rate at 4.01 and ease of navigation through the site.
Posted On: 2/16/2008Attempted to open an account and was declined. No reason given. When I called customer support I was advised that they have know way of knowing why I was declined. Great service!!!!
Posted On: 1/06/2008Though the Rate is lower than others it appears to be safe & sound. They even send a gift of appreciation during holiday season (I have $100K with them)

Posted On: 7/31/2007I have accounts with HSBC, Ing, GMAC, Capital One … and these folks. My regular banking was already with Wilmington Trust (owner of WTD). This is my most annoying account for one reason, they are the slowest to get money into my checking account out of all of them …. AND ITS THE SAME BANK!!!
