The terms only slightly less so. Depending on what how much money you could invest, and how much risk it poses to you personally, this could be a rewarding venture. But it would literally be a venture, as this appears to be a very young company. I do like the idea of more opportunities to invest with private lenders, and from what I can tell, this is exactly that.
