Suze Ormand says don’t cancel the credit cards after recieving the bonus, But doesn’t it lower your credit score by having too many lines of open credit?

signing up and canceling all these cards can significantly hurt your credit score… bottom line DONT DO IT!1!!!

when i did the gold card deal, it took me less than a week to get the points into my account. took about 3 weeks to redeem it

Beware, it may take several months to get your reward. After your first purchase, after getting your monthly statement, after paying bill, then wait six to eight weeks(read fine print) then you call them and they will look into it. Took them over four months to get me the Starwoods points. Took almost four months to get Gold card points. I did get all rewards after several months and several phone calls. NOT happy with AMEX
