HSBCdirect Online Savings has a special bank promo where new customers of their online savings account get a free $25 Best Buy GC.
HSBC Direct’s Money Market account is pretty good because it earns 5.05% APY.

on September 3rd at 07:25 amThe bottom of the page reads:
* Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is accurate as of 06/30/06. APY is variable and subject to change after account opening. Minimum balance to open an account is $1.00.
** National savings average courtesy of Bankrate.com as of 06/30/06.
What is the rate for the HSBCdirect Online Savings right now?
I don’t see the FREE $25 Best Buy Gift Certificate.

on April 30th at 05:01 pmI am on the phone with HSBC for about the 9th time since December asking about the $25 gift card that they keep promising me! I have yet to receive it! I think its a scam and they are just hoping I will stop calling.
