They keep telling me that it has been sent and they will cancel it and send me another one. And that it will take about three weeks to receive it. I think its a scam and they are just hoping I will stop calling.

Two months after my payment posted, I still had not received it. When I called, they said that it would be sent after the next statment closed. I’ve called 3 more since then, and they keep saying that it has been sent / they wil ‘re-issue’ it, and to wait another 7-10 days. I emailed then twice about it, and received the same response.
