		<description>The biggest problem with a lot of these &quot;low fixed-interest rate&quot; mortgates is that the up-front fees are astronomical. We are talking about paying 4.87 instead of 5.25 (on average) but having to go from paying $900 in closing costs to something around $2700!!!!  

This particular promo is great b/c you get the great interest rate AND low fees, but this is obviously not available in very many markets (which means unless you live around there, kiss this offer goodbye!)</description>
