But the Bank of America offer doesn’t require you to sign up for direct deposit or make any check card purchases to qualify for the money.

The only caveat we can find is that you can’t have had a Bank of America checking account for at least six months.

Bank of America’s basic personal checking account, My Access Checking, has no monthly fee (if the account is opened online) and requires no minimum balance.
